Step 3.: Keep both hands on your knees.

Step 4.: Keep your eyes closed and deep breathing three times and be relaxed.

Step 5.: First, open your palm, then place the tip of your index finger inside the base of your thumb.

Step 6.: Press the base of Your thumb gently on the tip of your Index finger.

Step 7.: The other fingers remain open and straight.

Step 8.: Perform with both hands simultaneously.

Step 9.: Keep your breathing pattern normal do not increase or decrease your breath.

Step 10.: Simply focus on your breath and witness how inhaling and exhaling
