What is Surya Bhedan Pranayama?
As we know, our body requires energy or say power to perform our daily routine without any hurdles like illness, feeling weak, or feeling dull. So the question is how we get extra power besides we take food and water. This power we can take free of cost from the Universe through Air or say through fresh Oxygen.
While breathing with a full stomach we intake maximum oxygen in our body, this is called “Pran Urja” the Vital energy. This energy surrounded us everywhere in the universe, but due to our shallow breathing pattern we could not suck that much energy into our body and end of the day we feel sluggish.
By doing proper Surya Bhedhan Pranayama, our body sucks the Vital force from the universe at an optimum level. Let us discuss the method of Surya Bhedhan Pranayama. The word Surya Bhedan derived from Sanskrit word “Surya” means Sun and “Bhedan” means piercing or penetrating.
