While breathing with a full stomach we intake maximum oxygen in our body, this is called “Pran Urja” the Vital energy. This energy surrounded us everywhere in the universe, but due to our shallow breathing pattern we could not suck that much energy into our body and end of the day we feel sluggish.

By doing proper Chandra Bhedhan Pranayama, our body sucks the Vital force from the universe. Let us discuss the method of Chandra Bhedhan Pranayama. The word Chandra Bhedan Pranayama, is derived from the Sanskrit word “Chandra” means Moon and Bhedan mean piercing or penetrating.
