Method -1

Step 1.: Choose a clean and calm place to perform Pranayama.

Step 2.: Sit on your yoga mate with “Padmasana” or “Siddh asana” or “Sukh asana” (Cross legs position) where you can sit comfortably long time.

Step 3.: Keep your spine, neck and head in a straight line.

Step 4.: Inhale deep breaths from both nostrils calmly and gently.

Step 5.: Close both ear holes with your first finger.

Step 6.: Deep inhale and do Antar Kumbhak for some seconds (hold your breath inside)

Step 7.: Exhale your breath slowly from both nostrils with humming sounds.

Step 1.: Make Shanmukhi Mudra.

Step 2.: Close both ear holes with your thumbs.

Step 3.: Keep the first two fingers on your both eyes.

Step 4.: Keep the last two fingers beside your nostrils.

Step 5.: Deep inhale and do Antar Kumbhak for some seconds (hold your breath inside)

Step 6.: Exhale your breath slowly from both nostrils with humming sounds.
